What we collect

When you join the newsletter, we store your email, your email permission, and the signup date. When you contact us, we store your name, email, subject, message, and submission date.

How we use it

Newsletter details are used for game news, stories, and studio updates. Contact details are used to review and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and access

The website and its records are hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Studio access to newsletter and contact records is restricted. Our hosting provider may process operational logs to run and secure the service.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your information or stop newsletter emails through the contact form. Newsletter emails, when sent, will include an unsubscribe option. We retain records while needed for these purposes or until you request removal, subject to applicable obligations.

Other websites

Our game pages are separate websites with their own signup information. Following a game link does not automatically sign you up for its waitlist.
